Shipping is managed by our third-party logistics partner, ShipRocket. Our Vendors are expected to package and ship each order within 48 hours of receiving the sale. We aim to get it to your doorstep within 3-7 business days if you are located in India and 7-15 business days if you are anywhere else on Earth. If a product is made-to-order, it may take slightly longer than our standard delivery time. It may also take longer to process bulk orders, in which case our team will constantly be in touch with you.
All shipping charges are calculated for you at checkout. You can easily track your order through our website using the tracking link provided. Upon successful delivery to you, we will consider the order complete and eagerly await your next one.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We offer worldwide shipping. We have also arranged for our third-party logistics partner to take care of all customs related formalities for you. Our objective is to get you your order in the most seamless way possible no matter which country you are in.
Any payable duties and taxes will be calculated for you at checkout. In some rare cases, due to the nature of the product ordered, some additional charges may be levied by your country’s customs on the import, in which case you will be responsible to clear the same upon delivery.
Please note that Impacto does not charge any hidden fees. We believe in complete transparency as a prerequisite to building trust with our customers. Rest assured that most of our international orders do not incur any additional charges. If you wish to cancel your order, a request should be raised via email to [email protected]. This should be done within 24 hours of placing the order post which our system would have initiated fulfillment.
Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in the email. We will authorize a refund in line with our Refund Policy. In case a delivery attempt is made for a canceled order, you are requested not to accept it and send it back with our third-party logistics partner. Decisions on exceptional cases will be at the sole discretion of Impacto.
